>SIGH< We have not heard from the Post (they let you know in advance if you are a winner), so we will have to wait until Sunday to see which dioramas they received that could possibly be better than this:
Thanks for ruining Easter, Washington Post Peeps Diorama Contest.

You have to admit that Plumbing Peep is after your own heart.
Jesus. You guys pulled out all the stops this year. Very professionally done. Maybe they thought you contracted some laborers in China to do these and disqualified you out of hand. Something like that happened to my brother in a third grade creative writing contest.
Kath - I did love the plumbing peep from last year. That person has won twice in a row (both with bathroom themed dioramas...interesting). We'll see what they bring this year.
Dilettard - Kevin contracted laborers in China to write something for his third grade contest? I'd have made him the winner for such ingenuity at that tender age...
Your peeps deserve a BIG shout out. I'm guessing the budgets are in the hollywood blockbuster range. Worth every penny.
Don't give up.
I'm beginning to think that unemployed Hollywood special effects people are passing the time entering peeps diorama contests--holy crap!
Maybe you should have a brutalism-sponsored peeps diorama contest--you could win every year and have an elaborate awards ceremony! And wear a tiara.
It's rigged. Your peeps are inspired.
