Somehow, this photo, taken by Kathyconnolly, perfectly sums up what I was feeling the night of the wedding. I twisted with Jack, did the Molly Ringwald '80s dance with several partners (it's the swinger in me) and bounded all over the dance floor. (I have missed working out the past two days as my calves recover.) I promise a wedding recap post soon.

Are you doing the running man?
ohh hell yeah! <3
Or was this when you led everyone in dancing to the extended version of Thriller? Oh wait...I think that was someone else. This is clearly you moonwalking.
I love this shot...mostly because Alvin is not in it.
You look like you're having a blast!
ShutUpandRun - Um, no. It's the twist (obviously). I once tried the running man, and Canetto made me swear that for the sake of our marriage, I would never again do that in his presence.
Divine Miss M - 'zactly!
D07 - That woman had clearly studied the Thriller video for YEARS. Kind of odd. You can't really just pull that out in most situations. And what was up with Alvin? (And did anyone else notice that he was dressed shockingly similarly to the chipmunk Alvin, what with his turtleneck and round glasses?)
BG - Absolutely!
Awesome!!! :D
That wedding was a total bust. WHERE WAS THE CHICKEN DANCE?
Also, Miss Mariposa's use of the <3 smiley brings up another issue. Yes, I know it is supposed to be a heart and that I have a dirty mind. But the first time I saw that I thought it was a creative smiley for "excited about."
As in "I <3 German Shepherds" = "I have a boner for German Shepherds."
With most smileys (case in point :) ) you turn your head 90 degrees to the left to see it. With the "<3" you have to turn your head to the right. So the first time I saw it, I turned my head left and saw a nutsack and something above it pointing up.
Not a stretch, really.
Oh, Dilettard...if I had a nickel for every time I turned my head to the left and saw a nutsack...
I was going to write "I would hope you charged more than a nickel" but thought that would not be in good taste. Suffice to say, very funny response!
Was this the Time Warp wedding?
Thanks for stopping by my T13 post at Music Savvy Mom today :)
