Since we've never owned anything larger than a sedan, it's a total novelty for us to have this behemoth to play with for a couple of days. Last night, we took Avery for a spin around the neighborhood, with the sole purpose of
A few minutes ago, Tim called to let me know he was leaving work for the day and asked, half-jokingly, if there was anything large I could think of that I wanted to haul. In about three seconds I thought of two things. I'm not even kidding.
P.S. If someone finds this blog by googling "behemoth to play with" I will lose faith in all that is good and decent...

You may want to check Sitemeter just to see how people are finding your blog.
I am hoping for a prize.
Dilettard07 - I am now refreshing sitemeter like a mental patient trying to find the search terms that (nameless) people may have used to find this blog. I cannot wait...
(and there were several more "collage girls" searches done over the past week or so...heartwarming for the mother of a girl...)
You know, look on the bright side. These lonely fellows are looking for someone with brains; someone obviously smarter than they are who can serve as an example and mentor.
Or a girl who is good with scissors and rubber cement.
Was one of the large things your ass???
Dilettante07 - I would be offended if I wasn't laughing so hard.
Dilettard07 - You give me an idea. I should do a post about girls putting together a collage...then all those "lonely fellows" would find that from their search term.
Next dilettante activity! Then they would find both of your sites. Although I don't think any of us would pass as collage age anymore.
Wait. On that post, you can make fun of the lonely fellows for misspelling college, but then to be nice, give them a whole bunch of links to noody sites that they are looking for that feature young women from college. Your blog could be a resource. Your site traffic would balloon. You could sell ads.
The Dilettante husbands might be able to help with the links.
When I am home, I am going to see if anyone has taken the URL collagegirls.com. We could buy that and just have one page that says in big letters "It's 'collEge,' you perverted moron."
collagegirls.com brings up one of those spamsquatter pages with a series of "helpful" links elsewhere: "Naughty girls," "college girls," "girl on girl," and..."Milf." So many things wrong with that. Not with milves per se, mind you (who among us has never looked at a MILF and said, 'I'd hit that'? I know I have.), but I think it misses the demographic. Maybe they couldn't swing a deal for "behemoth girls."
might I add that your use of the strikethrough tag is both brilliant and savvy. Kudos!
